Endangering children — Area of County Road 1A Aug. 17, child found naked running down road. Larry Brown, 31, of Private Drive 411 Ironton, cited for child endangerment and released.
Disorderly conduct – area of Lawrence County Commons Apartments South Point Aug.18, juvenile throwing apples at woman’s vehicle.
Vandalism – 6800 block of County Road 15, Chesapeake, Aug. 18, medal siding and copper removed from house.
Disorderly conduct – 200 block of Township Road 1186 South Point Aug. 20, man yelling and screaming, making threats because of paper work.
Domestic violence — Township Road 1025 South Point Aug. 21, woman said that her children’s father came to her house and assaulted her boyfriend. Christopher Conwell, 92 Township Road 1018 South Point, arrested and taken to jail.
Petty Theft – 200 block of County Road 410 South Point Aug. 21, woman allegedly took items from Walmart shelves and hid them in purse. Jami L Day, 39, 718 West Jefferson Ave Huntington W.Va., charged with theft.
Burglary – Township Road 1161, Proctorville Aug. 21, home broken into and damaged.
Passing bad checks – 200 block of County Road 410 South Point Aug. 21, woman on several occasions passed bad checks on an account that closed in 2007. Mindy Henry, 29, of 3974 Green Valley Road in Huntington, arrested and taken to jail.
Petty theft — 200 block of county road 410 South Point Aug. 21, woman concealed items in purse and then didn’t pay for them. Amanda M. Brandt, 26, of 1097 County Road 1 Apt. 1, South Point, arrested and cited to court for theft.
Domestic violence – 1600 block of County Road 13E Scottown Aug. 21, man says he and his mom were at his dad’s house getting items when the father grabbed him, tried to hit him, and threatened him. Jerry Christian Sr, of 1616 County Road 13E Scottown, arrested and taken to jail.

— Steve A. Littlejohn, 32, of 707 Mastin Avene, Ironton, disorderly conduct by the Wednesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
— James E. Roth, 38, of 5619 Nickle Road, Knoxville TN, 38, no operator’s license Tuesday by the Ohio State Police.
— Julius Sudderth, 54, of 819 S. Seventh Street Ironton, assault Wednesday by the Ironton Police Department.
— James Fleming, 40, of 108 N. Street Ironton, intimidation Tuesday by the drug task force.
— Joey Wilkes, 46, of 4980 N. Highway Road 7 Grayson, Ohio, probation violation Tuesday by the Law County Common Pleas Court.
— Joey Pennington, 43, of 53 Twp Road 1026, Apt 7 South Point, warrants for arrest by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
— Jason Shope, 31, of 2212 N. Fifth Street Ironton, probation violation Tuesday by the Lawrence County Common Pleas Court.

Ironton Police
Suspicious Activity – area of McDonald’s Wednesday – man went through drive through line and then got in his trunk to get money to pay for order. Acting suspicious. Officers will keep check.
Man Down – Susan Court Wednesday – man passed out beside beer cans. Officers gave man a ride.
Remove Subject — area of Speedway Wednesday- man asking customers for money. Subject advised to stay away from Speedway.
Reckless vehicle — Third and Vernon Wednesday, caller said he’s following a vehicle that was weaving. Officers stopped vehicle.
