Breaking and entering and theft – Muth Lumber, $1,515 worth of tools taken July 12. Daniel Fisher Jr., 18, of County Road 128, and Ray Kerns, 20, Township Road 250, South Point, were arrested Monday.
Disorderly Conduct — Lawrence County Jail Monday, two inmates reportedly punched and slapped each other. Charges filed against David Turvey and Kenneth Barker.

Trouble — Ninth and Adams streets Monday, intoxicated pedestrians, negative contact.
Theft — 900 South First Street Monday, house broken into.
Dog Complaint — 1000 block of North Fifth Street Monday, woman reports dog with pups has no water or food, police checked that dog had food and officer left note.
Theft — 2100 South Second Street Monday, wheelchair taken from house.
Theft – 1500 South Third Street Monday, homeowner reports stranger took mail from box.
Theft — 2200 South 10th Street Monday, woman left car door open to run into house, purse taken from car.
Theft — 300 block of Heplar Street Monday, items taken from house.
Suspicious Vehicle — Norfolk and Southern rail yard, Tuesday, crew reports suspicious vehicle making numerous rounds in area, negative contact.
