PROCTORVILLE — Charles Levi Hale, 67, of Proctorville, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010. He was the husband of Debra Hale, who survives. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
