CHESAPEAKE — Minnie Bell Parsons, 72, of Chesapeake, died Friday, Feb. 19, 2010 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home with her brother, Pastor Paul Triplett, and her son, Elder Edward Ray Parsons, officiating. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery.
