RACELAND, Ky. — Richard Kincaid, 76, of Raceland, died Monday, Oct. 5, 2009, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. He was the husband of Fonnie Smith Kincaid, who survives. Funeral will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland, Ky. Visitation is 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
