PROCTORVILLE — Eva Ellen Newman, 88, of Proctorville, died Sunday, June 28, 2009, at Holzer Medical Center. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Black officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
