PROCTORVILLE — Ethel Louise Barker, 86, of Proctorville, died Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at the Hospice House of Huntington. Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova, W.Va. Visitation is 1-2 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home.
