PROCTORVILLE — Nelma Jean Stanley, 76, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Feb. 15 2009, at Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, W.Va. She was the wife of Sherman Si Stanley, who survives. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
