JON VANDERPOOL

Jon “Eric” Vanderpool, 41, of Ironton, died Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.
He was born July 19, 1967 in Lawrence County, a son of Donald Vanderpool, of Ironton, and the late Sally Hoertel Vanderpool.
He attended Ironton schools and was a member of Gateway Baptist Church. He had lived in Ironton all his life.
In addition to his father, he is survived by three brothers and a sister-in-law, Don Alan Vanderpool and Jay Vanderpool, all of Clearwater, Fla., and Dean and Kathy Vanderpool, of Coal Grove; and three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Kristy and Juan Lara of Stow, and Kelli Vanderpool-Lutz and Karin and Joel Roach, all of Ironton.
