PROCTORVILLE — Phyllis Singer, 87, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2008, at home. Funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Miller Memorial Gardens.
