Marco the mascot is getting a makeover.

The mascot’s costume is literally falling apart. So the Marshall University Alumni Association is raising money for a replacement.

The alumni association is accepting financial donations, while an area men’s clothing shop is donating portions of purchases toward the cost of the new costume.

The costume will be made by Dale Morton Studios of Hurricane.
