FLATWOODS, Ky. — Hazel M. Springer, 80, of Flatwoods, died Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, at Community Hospice Care Center. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. today at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Carman Funeral Home.
