“We had four people with double digits. It makes it so teams can’t key on one person,” said Lady Pointers coach Dave Adams.

Bradburn and Taylor had 15 rebounds each.

South Point raced to a 10-0 start before Wayne battled back to get within 15-13 at the end of the quarter. Mayo, Leighty and Taylor had four points each in the quarter.

Taylor scored seven points, Kayla Fletcher had all five of her points, and Bradburn hit a 3-poiner as South Point went up 37-22 at the half.

The Lady Pointers maintained their lead as they never let the lead get less than 12 points in the second half.

In the fourth quarter, Leigthy had eight points to offset six by Tasha Adkins as South Point continued to pull away.
