SPRING VALLEY, W.Va. — Fairland coach Leroy Baise found a silver lining.

Baise was upbeat despite the Lady Dragons 5-4 loss to the Spring Valley Lady Timberwolves in 10 innings Wednesday.

“It was a tough loss, but we’re a young team and we learned a lot. Usually in a game like this, it comes down to who the home team is,” said Baise.
