In a hotly contested game, South Point pulled away late to beat Fairland 61-54 to take over sole possession of second place in the OVC.

Brianna Davis scored 25 points for Fairland (4-5, 3-2).

Craft scored six points and Summer Malone four in the second quarter as South Point took a 21-16 lead.

But Davis scored nine points including a 3-pointer as Fairland grabbed a 27-25 halftime lead.
