An investigation into a murder of a Huntington, W.Va., man extended into Windsor Township before it concluded in the arrest of two this morning.
Larry Tomblin, a Huntington resident, was arrested earlier today for the murder of Jason Wilson, a former Detroit resident who had been living in Huntington. Wilson had been missing since July 31, according to reports.
A second man was also arrested for a related murder charge in South Carolina. He's currently being extradited back to West Virginia, according to published reports.

Tomblin shot Wilson several times, according to a police warrant, but investigators have not yet found a body, a search that apparently lead them to Lawrence County yesterday.
The sweep of the property owned by Alden White, located near 9849 County Road 2,
began at approximately 9:30 a.m. Thursday. The investigation included the Huntington Police Department as well as the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office.
White said his son, Roger, was once employed with Tomblin at Huntington's Coal Exchange building. Roger also lives on the property that was being investigated.
“They told me they got wind that he'd brought the body out to hide it at my farm and burn it,” White said. “I told them that I didn't think there was anything there, because there's too many neighbors and Roger and Linda watch this place too close for somebody to bring a body in there.”
White said that the alleged murderer had visited the farm with Roger several months ago.

“The guy had been out here with him. He was here at my place at one time and had two little kids, and they just went wild on the farm, like kids would,” White said. “But he hadn't been out here for several months.”
At around 2 p.m., a civilian K-9 organization from Charleston W.V. arrived and began searching the area. The outfit, called WV K-9 FACT (Forensic and Cadaver Team) utilizes dogs specially trained to search for cadavers.
Representatives of the sheriff's office said they could not comment as to the nature of the crime they were investigating, although they confirmed that they were executing a search warrant.
The Huntington Police declined to comment.
