The case of a Fayette Township man charged with misconduct involving an underage girl will go before a Lawrence County grand jury.

Leslie Brock, 46, of 1043 County Road 120, was charged earlier this month with one count of fourth-degree felony importuning.

According to Ohio Revised Code, importuning involves the solicitation of a minor under 13 for sexual activity.

Brock waived his right to a preliminary hearing last week in Lawrence County Municipal Court. He remains free on a $2,500 bond.
