PROCTORVILLE - When a team featuring a quarterback with 2,000 passing yards hits the field, you know what to expect.

A 200-yard rushing effort.

Quarterback Michael Hill, who finished the season with 2,430 passing yards, had a relatively quiet game for him as he completed 8 of 11 for 170 yards. The reason for the lack of passing was Adam Fuller who ran 23 times for 210 yards and three touchdowns.

Sam Huff went over 1,000 receiving yards with five receptions for 120 yards. Huff finished with 1,080 yards.

Fuller had 163 yards in the first half and all three of his touchdowns as Fairland did all its scoring.

Coach Brent Wilcoxon was pleased with his team's performance, particularly that of seniors Hill, Brad Malone, Deryk Neal, Josh Moore, Cameron Clark, Jerrod Burgess and Michael Blatt.

"It was a good effort and a good win," Wilcoxon said. "I've got to give credit to the seniors. I'm proud of them. This was my first year here and they did an outstanding job of helping me out."

The Dragons (3-7, 2-3) took a 7-0 lead on a 64-yard, six-play drive on their opening possession capped by Fuller's 20-yard run. Hill kicked the conversion.

A 47-yard pass from Hill to Huff key an 85-yard drive the ended when Fuller ran 8 yards with 3:53 left in the first quarter and it was 14-0.

Malone had a 1-yard scoring run to cap a 62-yard, seven-play drive and extend the lead to 21-0.

A 67-yard pass from Hill to Huff pushed the lead to 27-0 with 9:27 left in the half.

Huff came up with his ninth interception of the season at the 25-yard line to set up a 6-yard scoring run by Fuller with 1:11 left in the half.

Hill came up with an interception at the 6-yard line with 4:12 to play that stopped the only South Point scoring threat.

Quarterback Chris Smith completed 19 of 44 for 192 yards with two interceptions to lead South Point (2-8, 1-4).
