PERRY TOWNSHIP - Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 52 at Lick Creek Road Monday afternoon.
Meanwhile, the passenger on a motorcycle that crashed last week has died of her injuries.
Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper Randy Boggs said Nicole Turley, 31, of Ashland, Ky., was cited for failure to yield after Monday afternoon's crash. Boggs said Turley was southbound on Lick Creek Road when she apparently failed to yield the right of way and collided with a car driven by Kenneth Walker, 75, of Wheelersburg, who was westbound on U.S. 52.
Walker and his wife, whose name and age were not available, and Turley were taken to King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.
The accident happened at approximately 1:30 p.m.
Also, Boggs said a woman who was a passenger on a motorcycle that crashed last Monday has died. Carol Hamilton, 67, of Reynoldsburg, died late last week at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. The operator of the motorcycle, Derald Reed, 67, also of Reynoldsburg, died shortly after the accident.
