Jason Harmon made his presence felt all season for the Michigan State Spartans. Now, he's made his presence known.

The Spartans redshirt junior safety capped a stellar season by being named All-Big Ten honorable mention Tuesday by both the coaches and media.

The 5-foot-11, 195-pound Harmon led the Spartans with 100 tackles - 58 solo and 42 assists - and tied for the team lead with three interceptions. He also recovered three fumbles.

In last week's regular season finale, Harmon had 10 tackles and returned a pass interception 34 yards as the Spartans routed Penn State 41-10.

Harmon has another year of eligibility, but will graduate this year. Harmon has already had overtures from NFL scouts to further fuel prospects he'll bypass his final season.
