CINCINNATI (AP) -- The Cincinnati Reds recalled catcher Corky Miller from the Louisville Bats on Monday and purchased the contract of right-hander Juan Cerros from the Triple-A team.

The Reds also moved left-hander Mark Watson from the 15- to the 60-day disabled list. Watson is sidelined with what the organization describes as a ''kidney ailment.''

Cerros was loaned by the Reds to Monterrey of the Mexican League at the beginning of the season. He was 1-1 with two saves and a 2.44 ERA with Monterrey before returning to the Reds system on Aug. 24. He was 0-0 with a 4.50 ERA in four games with Louisville.
