Operation Be Proud to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Operation Be Proud Enrichment Center, along with Ohio University Southern, will be observing its annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day memorial celebration at 7 p.m. Monday.
This year's celebration is entitled "Let Us Stand with Greater Determination," will be held in the Bowman Auditorium at OUS.
Samuel Moore will serve as the keynote speaker. He is recognized as one of the top educators in the United States, and teaches at the Cammack Middle School in Huntington, W.Va. He is pastor of Full Gospel Assembly Church in Huntington, W.Va..
Moore received the National Educators Award from the prestigious Milken Family Foundation, in the fall of 2001.
A candlelight prayer vigil will precede the program at 6:30 p.m. in front of OUS. All are invited to attend. For more information, call 532-3140 ext. 221.
