Oct. 20, 1910-June 6, 2002 ASHLAND, Ky. -- Audella Elam Webb, 91, of Ashland, widow of Kenneth C. Webb, died Thursday evening, June 6, 2002, at Bryant Health Center in Ironton, Ohio, following an extended illness.

The soldier native was born Oct. 20, 1910, the daughter of the late John Wiley and Etta Jemimah Hall Elam. She was a former sales clerk with C.H. Parsons and a member of the Second Baptist Church of Ashland. She also was preceded in death by a son, Anthony C. "Tony" Webb in 1993.

Survivors include one granddaughter, Tawnia Webb Jones, and husband, Allen, of Ashland; one grandson, Michael Webb, and wife, Andrea, of Russell; one brother, Everett Elam of Florida; two sisters, Janice Bryant of Huntington, W.Va., and Daisy Adkins of Plain City; one daughter-in-law, Margaret Webb Tackett, and husband, Danny, of Ironton, Ohio; and three great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Allison Jones and Jordan Webb.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Preston Family Funeral Home by the Rev. Michael Rice and vocalist Denver Rice. Interment will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 6-9 p.m., and Monday from 10-11 a.m.
