Here comes Santa Claus. St. Nick temporarily traded in his reindeer and sled for a horse-drawn carriage. The carriage was donated by Robin and Ralph Hale of Ashland, Ky. The Rock Hill, Ironton High School, South Point, Dawson-Bryant and Ironton Junior High School marching bands helped bring music to the city’s streets. In addition to the marching bands, the Open Door School’s bell choir rang in Christmas tunes.
