David M. Kessler, chief investigator for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, will offer a "Senior Citizen Financial and Emotional Exploitation Presentation" next Friday.

The presentation will identify the latest scams and frauds committed against the elderly. Often, the financial loss takes a back seat to the emotional trauma that the victim experiences.

Hear from the victims and perpetrators and how the crimes were planned and carried out.
