Participants in the Ironton Rotary Club’s annual Halloween Parade march down the streets of downtown Ironton Monday, decked out in their best costumes. Those taking part in the parade were judged in several categories with the winners receiving prizes. The Ironton Business Association, meanwhile, held its annual Safe Trick or Treat at the Ironton City Center. Businesses and civic groups set up shop, handing out candy to hundreds of trick-or-treaters.
