Michael Wilks and his sister, Marcie Smoot, look through a scrapbook of newspaper clippings about the Ohio River Fireworks tragedy Smoot made. The two lost their mother, Kathlene Wilks, in the fire. Smoot was at the fireworks store that day, but escaped the blaze.
