Dr. Robert Culp holds a hydrogen rocket made from a Pringles can. Dr. Culp, otherwise known as Ohio University Southern Campus’s Science Wizard will wow audiences as he returns to the 14th annual Festival of the Hills to make science fun for children. If it goes up, blows up or bounces off the wall, that’s the kind of things they like, he said.
